- Outside food or beverages
- Lawn chairs
- Firearms, Knives, Explosives, and any other items intended to cause harm
- Loud noise makers of any kind
- Oversized electrical equipment
- Inappropriate Clothing
- Firefighters' Fair reserves the right to deny entry to anyone for any reason to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
The Firefighters’ Fair office is located inside the Main Exhibit Building and the Carnival Ride Office (Strates Shows) is located on the MIDWAY on the South side.
AUTHORITY
The Fair reserves the right to amend, add to or correct the rules & regulations, to interpret & arbitrarily settle and determine all disputed matters pertaining thereto, arising out of connections with, or incident to the Fair & its decision shall be final.
All branches and executive divisions of the Firefighters' Fair are under authority of Fair Management.

ONLY… UPS, FedEx, DHL and other carriers will deliver to the fairgrounds at 7955 58th Avenue Vero Beach, FL 32967. The United States Postal Service will not deliver mail to the fairgrounds. Use the P.O. Box 2014 Vero Beach, FL 32961 address for USPS. The Firefighters' Fair is not responsible for any packages or mail deliveries.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE
ATM machines, 8 total, if available from a servicing company, will be located outside the front gate, near the midway ride office, and other locations throughout the midway.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
No Outside Beverages may be brought into the Fairgrounds

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR AREA PARKING
Parking in the exhibit areas are restricted to loading and unloading, all regulations must be followed. NO car or truck traffic will be allowed in this area after the main gate opens.
GENERAL VISITOR PARKING
The Firefighters’ Fair provides local LAW ENFORCEMENT for highway traffic. VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS as well as COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS act as parking attendants. PARKING is always FREE.
HOUSEKEEPING
Exhibitor/Vendors will be held responsible for the cleanliness of their exhibits. No accumulation of packing boxes, packing material, wastepaper, rags, unused decorations or other combustible waste will be permitted. Oily rags and waste shall be kept in a separate covered metal container or disposed of safely immediately after use. They are subject to spontaneous ignition. The Fair will maintain a core of janitors, whose duties are to properly care for and clean the general roadways, approaches, paths, etc. and the aisles within the tents & buildings.
LIABILITY
All property of every character whether entered for exhibit or for any other purpose, will be taken into the grounds, tents, and buildings and kept entirely at the risk of the owner who assumes all responsibility for loss, damages, or thefts. It’s distinctly understood that exhibitor, concessionaires and all other persons, firms, or corporations having property on the grounds and desiring protection from such loss or damage must make their own arrangements therefore. The Firefighters’ Fair will employ guards and traffic directors and will promote safety and protection of patrons, and their exhibits and property on the fairgrounds. But, under no circumstances, will the fair or any of its officers or employees be responsible for loss or damage to persons and property (including exhibits, automobiles in the parking lots, and articles left in cars) because of accident, theft, fire, the elements and other conditions.
LITTER DISPOSAL
Sanitation is a must, and we ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain clean and attractive fairgrounds. Disposal barrels will be provided in convenient locations; exhibit areas, food concession areas, and the midway. PLEASE USE THE "LITTER BARRELS".
LOST & FOUND
A lost and found department is maintained at the Firefighters Office. Although the fair cannot be responsible for lost items, we will make every effort to assist in recovering items lost or misplaced. Call the fair office 772-663-8116 to report missing items and leave a description of lost item along with a contact phone number.
PETS
No persons shall enter or remain on the grounds during the fairs operating hours with any pets even if under proper leash. ONLY Handicapped Assisted (leashed) animals are allowed on county property. Caged pets or those animals that are part of an exhibit, display or show may be kept on the grounds. You may walk your leashed pet or animal around the grounds before & after operating hours only.
RESTROOMS
Restroom facilities are located in the main exhibit hall, fairgrounds rear midway, and next to the agriculture and livestock pavilion. They are serviced daily and comply with state regulations.
SOLICITING
NO roving solicitation will be allowed anywhere on the fairgrounds. NO vendors and exhibitors whether charitable, commercial or non-profit are allowed to roam the grounds. Exhibitors must remain at their designated booth space. SEE SOLICITATION POLICY.
