DIVISIONS:
Junior Youth………………..8-12 years of age.
Senior Youth ……………….13 years of age through High School Graduation.
Adult………………………...18-65 years of age.
Senior Adult………………...66 years of age and over.
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL DIVISIONSExhibitor may enter a total of 5 entries overall.
Entered items must be finished and made by the exhibitor within the past two (2) years.
No articles previously shown at the fair may be entered.
Please furnish hangers, safety pins or hooks for any clothing or items to be displayed.
No gate admission tickets will be issued to exhibitor.
Exhibited items must be delivered between 9:00am and 12:00pm, ready for judging on
Saturday March 9, 2024 at 1:00pm.
Entries must be removed from the grounds by March 19, 2024 at 12:00pm.
All items must be clean and in good condition.
The decision of the judges shall be final.

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL DIVISIONS Exhibitor may enter any class. However, two (2) of the same item must be made. One
item is for display, one is for auction. Entered items must be furnished with the recipe on a 3x5 card. Entered items must be on disposable plates or trays. No gate admission tickets will be issued to exhibitor.
EXHIBITED ITEMS MAY BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 9:00 AND
11:00 AND BE READY FOR JUDGING SATURDAY MARCH 9, 2024.
JUDGING WILL BEGIN AT 1:00.

Entered items must have followed USDA Guidelines of approved methods.
Entered items must have been processed within the last three (3) years.
Jars may be opened (only those on display) to test flavor and consistency.
No gate admission tickets will be issued to exhibitor.
Exhibited items must be delivered between 9:00am and 11:00am and ready for
judging Saturday, March 9, 2024
. Judging will begin at 1:00pm.
All containers must be clean and acceptable for canning with lids. Rusty, dirty or non-sealed jars
will not be accepted.
